PALEO CHESTNUT PASTA
Chestnuts were a staple food in the past, used in similar dishes as potatoes. Cooked, roasted chestnuts, or chestnut purée are popular delicacies evoking the fall. We now bring you chestnut pasta to be enjoyed throughout the whole year.
Chestnuts have a favourable effect on renal disorders, anxiety, exhaustion, lack of appetite, and, in particular, support digestion. They are rich in vitamin C, containing folic acid and minerals – mainly manganese and potassium.
The chestnut flour has a distinct sweet chestnut flavour and a pleasant scent. It is naturally gluten-free and is therefore suitable for the gluten-free diet. It is a good choice for diabetics and reducing diets thanks to its content of polysaccharides (starches in particular), which are absorbed gradually and do not lead to fluctuations in blood sugar.

PALEO PASTA FROM GREEN BANANAS
Taste our PALEO egg pasta made from banana flour from unripe bananas, which is one of the healthier flour alternatives.
Banana flour contains a lot of starches and is rich in minerals (potassium and magnesium), and fibre. It retains beneficial nutrients thanks to a very mild production process, and therefore has a high nutritional value. Its taste is neutral, not sweetish.
It is special because of being an excellent source of resistant starch. It is a starch that passes through the digestive tract without changes which means our bodies do not digest it. Resistant starches are beneficial in different diets, and they behave like insoluble fibre during digestion, prolonging our feeling of satiety and reducing the glycemic index.
